# Review verifications in Veriff Customer Portal

In Veriff Customer Portal you have two options:

- Open the session on the **Verifications** page, or
- Go to **Verifications** page → **Webhooks** tab and open webhook’s **Details**

## On the Verifications page

1. **Log in** to **Veriff Customer Portal**
2. Navigate to **All Verifications** on the left navigation bar
3. Find the relevant verification by searching for the person’s name or document data, or using the filters
4. Hover on the session and click on it to open
5. Review the details

## Via Webhooks tab

If you open the verification session on the **Verifications** page but it does not show much data, navigate to the **Webhooks** tab and open the **Details** of a relevant webhook.

1. While the verification session’s page is open, **click**on the **Webhooks tab**
2. **Select**the relevant**webhook**
3. **Click**on**Details**
4. Review the details
