# Log in to Veriff Customer Portal

After completing the [sign up process](/v1/docs/signing-up) you will be granted access to the Veriff Customer Portal.

1. Open the **URL in the email** sent to you
2. Use the login credentials to log in

> Always use the **URL** and **login credentials in the email sent to you**.

## Create new user accounts in the Customer Portal

1. Log in using the URL **in the email**
2. Make sure that you have **Administrator rights**
3. Navigate to the **Team** page
4. Click **Add user**
5. Fill in the information, select preferred authentication method and assign a role to the user
6. The new user will receive an email with the instructions on how to create a password to log in
