# Sign up with Veriff

To start using Veriff’s services and solutions, you need an **active account** with Veriff. To get an account, sign up for the Enterprise or Self-Serve Plan.

Once the account has been activated, you will receive an email, which includes a link to the Veriff Customer Portal, as well as log-in credentials.

If you want to **start** **using** the service **right away**, **sign up for**a [**Self-Serve plan**](https://www.veriff.com/plans/self-serve)[↗] via homepage and follow the instructions. Self-Serve plan comes with a free trial.

Veriff customer back-office, a dashboard where you can see your end-users' verification data.

Depending on your setup, you may be required to access the environment via station.veriff.com or hub.veriff.com. Always **check your sign-up email** and make sure that you **log in via correct address**.
